There’s some hope in sight, I’m going to try and loose weight about 40 pounds by April 24th, a nice woman is helping me with what to eat how to eat write and keeping track of what I put in my mouth so we have an idea on what I have to cut down on, this makes me so excited to know that someone is willing to help me and give praise where I need to and to encourage me.

Sugar is evil!! I know I need self control, but when emotions get the best of me I go straight for the sugar be it cakes, little candies we have laying around, it’s in juice and cereal for breakfast. So I was thinking how to eliminate all that stuff from my diet to work out better and daily. So what is it that people depend on sugar, I know in the body there is good sugars and bad, it’s kind of strange that we need it sometimes and others we don’t.

There was a guy I met over the internet and in real life we went out to a wonderful restaurant, however he was deployed to Afghanistan. Today I read that his Humvee   or however they call it was hit by a rocket, which put him in a bad situation, a series of emotions ran through me, do I feel sad,sorry for him what do I say to him, I want to call him but not exactly sure what to say, I’m at a loss for words, do we talk about what happened, do we not touch that subject? I am wondering if I will get to see him again or if he wants to see me anymore, maybe it was just a one time thing, how do you talk about things yet don’t have the right words.

I made a new year resolution that I would try to eat more healthy, while being healthy I want to save money and learn how to shop, I am looking for some ideas how to better save, since we get benefits from the government we don’t have to pay taxes in the food department, which I think will save some, but instead of spending it all right away or at least we can spend it all and get more food.
